“In October I took a trip around North America to show the yanks our wine.  And what a trip it was:  Strathbogie Ranges, Vancouver, Boston, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, New York, Denver, Los Angeles, Strathbogie Ranges.  Hysterically good fun and all in two weeks!

Voyages a bordeaux et londres

Sam Plunkett, Matt and David Fowles recently spent two weeks at the London International Wine Fair.  As first time attendees, the palpably nervous trio fronted up to the ExCel Exhibition Centre on London’s Victoria Dock, not knowing what to expect. The setting was unbelievably massive – the biggest international wine exhibition in the world. This was a space in which you could fit several Royal Exhibition Buildings with room for parking.

Trophy Triumph for Gun-Wielding Women

Two years ago I was at Sam and Bron’s house sharing a glass or two, when the topic of a Reserve Chardonnay project came up. It was all very casual, then while I was flicking through a la-de-da British magazine Bron had bought – I flipped to a story called Ladies who Shoot.  Reserve Chardonnay – Ladies who Shoot – perfect!
