Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Fowles Wine.

This is reflected in our Returns Policy and means that you can shop at Fowles Wine with confidence knowing that we can offer you repair, exchanges and refunds.

With proof of purchase

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Fowles Wine may offer you a repair, exchange or refund on most goods, provided this is claimed within two months of purchase.  Refunds will be given using your original payment method, or such other method as determined by Fowles Wine at its discretion.

If you have simply changed your mind, Fowles Wine may offer you a repair, refund or exchange provided that the product is in as new condition and the refund or exchange is sought within two months of purchase.

Without proof of purchase

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Fowles Wine may at its discretion provide you with a repair or exchange to the current value of the goods.

Please have photo identification ready so that we can record your name and verify your signature. Acceptable forms of identification must include your full name and an expiry date; for example, an Australian driver’s licence or passport.

Please note that Fowles Wine has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods before offering a repair or an exchange.
