Taste of Sydney 2010
If you love food, then Taste of Sydney is the perfect occasion to sample signature dishes freshly prepared by renowned chefs whilst exploring specialist culinary delights, sampling fine beverages and enjoying a fabulous program of music and entertainment.
Centennial Park’s Brazilian Fields are transformed for the event complete with 15 fully equipped kitchens which were carefully planned and constructed on site to mirror that of a commercial grade kitchen, a spectacle never seen before in Sydney.
The glamour food event boasts a number of features including a Premium Producer’s Market (which Plunektt Fowles will be part of this year!), The Taste Wine Theatre hosted by Gourmet Traveller Wine, James Squire Beer Masterclass and a chef’s table and kitchen hosted by Australian Gourmet Traveller.
